Cancellation and Refund Policy

Ticket returns

Tunisia Dev Days tickets are delivered electronically. No physical return is therefore required. Any cancellation, exchange, or refund request must be submitted from the user account or through the Contact page.

Cancellation by the participant

Cancellation requests are handled according to the request receipt date:

• More than 30 days before the event: full refund less 10% administrative fees.
• Between 15 and 30 days before the event: refund of 50% of the paid price.
• Less than 15 days before the event: no refund, except by exceptional decision of the organizer.

Exchange and participant change

An exchange request or participant name change may be accepted before the event, subject to organizer verification and availability of the relevant ticket type. No exchange is guaranteed after validation at event entry.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days, where possible through the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timelines may add to this delay.

Cancellation by the organizer

If Tunisia Dev Days is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders may request a full refund of the ticket price. The organizer is not responsible for indirect costs incurred by participants, such as transport, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

Applicable law

This policy is governed by Tunisian law and supplements the Terms and Conditions.
