Overview
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your registration and request a refund for Tunisia Dev Days tickets.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account on the Tunisia Dev Days website.
- More than 30 days before the Event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15–30 days before the Event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the Event: No refund.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, log into your account and navigate to My Tickets. Select the ticket you wish to cancel and submit a cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. The organizers are not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers.
Event Cancellation by Organizers
If the Event is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, safety concerns, etc.), all ticket holders will receive a full refund. The organizers are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation.
