1. Publisher and organizer

2. Tickets and registration
Buying a ticket grants access to the selected Tunisia Dev Days edition, according to the chosen ticket type and available seats. The buyer must provide accurate information for each participant. Tickets are personal and may only be transferred or exchanged with the organizer's prior agreement.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are clearly displayed in Tunisian dinars (TND) on the Tickets page and summarized before redirection to payment. Payment must be made when ordering through the payment provider offered on the site. Any fees applied by the bank or payment provider remain the buyer's responsibility.
4. Ticket delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. They are accessible from the user area and may also be sent by email. No physical ticket is shipped.
5. Return, exchange, and refund
Return, exchange, cancellation, and refund conditions are detailed in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. This policy is accessible before payment and forms an integral part of these terms.
6. Code of conduct
All participants must comply with the Code of Conduct. In case of serious violation, the organizer may refuse access or exclude a participant without refund.
7. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible before payment.
8. Event modification or cancellation
The organizer may change the program, speakers, times, or venue for operational, safety, or force majeure reasons. If the organizer cancels the event, the refund rules set out in the cancellation policy apply.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent Tunisian courts.
